Chocolate chip marbled cookies-
I made our regular cookie recipe but added the choc. chips right after the melted butter so they turned out marbled instead of looking like they usually do. This recipe is from my good friend who lives in China as a missionary. She is a wonderful cook, woman of God, Christ follower and mother- and these are my favorite choc. chip cookies!

Is that your lil' sis? She is precious! I love the Scripture sign she's holding. Do you all make those? I really like the composition of the first photo with her. It's great with the aged door (LOVE the handle!), her pose, and the colors. Amazing!

No we didn't make the Scripture sign but I paint some canvas signs that are for sale at the Farmer's Mkt.
